Dragon Fire Gloves warrants that your gloves will be manufactured free of defects in materials or workmanship. If any items noticed show defects, please notify us within 30 days of the date of receipt of your order. Notifications may be made via fax or e-mail. If it is determined that the product you received is not to the specifications as ordered, Dragon Fire gloves will replace the merchandise free of charges, including shipping. |
| Shipping Information: |
Our standard method of shipping for all orders processed by Pro Glove Factory will be via UPS Ground, from our warehouse to your designated shipping address. The average delivery time from order receipt to delivery is 6 weeks. Standard shipping cost is 1.4% of the total order price.

| For customers who require expedited service we will also offer UPS Global Express for an additional fee. Orders processed with Express shipping will be received within 3 weeks and will cost 12% of the total order price. |
All delivery addresses provided must be a physical location. We cannot ship to PO boxes, Drop Boxes, or APO boxes. If your particular shipping requirements do not allow shipping to a physical address, please contact us by e-mail to secure alternate arrangements.

Dragon Fire® gloves utilizes North American hand sizing standards to manufacture our gloves. We offer a wide range of sizes including, XS, S, M, L, XL, and XXL. Other sizes are available upon request and may have quantity minimums.
